From the Teacher:

Please remember third graders do have to follow dress code. The dress code is described in more detail in the Rights and Responsibilities book and the Student Handbook. Belts must be worn and shirts tucked in. No flip flops or other kinds of open toed shoes. Students must wear tennis shoes during PE. The gym will be getting a new rubber type floor in the next few weeks and students will have to wear tennis shoes while playing on it.
